web event planners, and to make it easy to deliver an
interactive online webcast. It has many features built
in to it, such as moderated interactive messaging, synchronized
slides, interactive polling of the audience, surveys,
reporting and user tracking.

This portion of the application is a web-based control
panel for administrators who plan out the events. It
allows easy creation of webcast projects, webcasts and
it allows specifying the different parameters of each
webcast. Its an easy to use tool to make management
of webcasts easy. |

| Client Gateway |
The Client Gateway was created so that the producers
of a webcast can log in, and get up-to-the minute reports
on their webcast. They can view attendance reports,
message transcripts, poll results, user demographics,
registration info and much more by accessing this online
web-based system. |

In modern network marketing companies, a web presence
is critical. And giving your distributors the tools
they need to manage their downlines is also very important.
Thus the Distributor Gateway was created, to allow UHS's
distributors to log in online and view their monthly
progress. Through this system, they can view current
status, commission reports, the progress of their downlines
and recruit more distributors online.
This web application also gives distributors the ability
to build their own online store. Using a custom built
interface that CosNet developed, a distributor can set
up their store, choose their look, and enter their content,
and get a very professional looking online store. The
